Contract

The Client commissions Jatin Bhayana to provide visual storytelling services as specified in the agreed project proposal. The Photographer/Filmmaker maintains full artistic discretion regarding composition, lighting, color grading, and lens selection, staying faithful to the signature aesthetic shown in the portfolio.

Still photography deliverables include high-resolution color-graded JPEG and TIFF master files delivered via secure private cloud gallery. Motion deliverables include Master 4K Apple ProRes 422 HQ / DCI 4K H.264 files with stereo/5.1 mixed sound. Unedited raw files remain the working material of the artist and are not delivered unless explicitly arranged in writing.

A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure the production dates on the calendar. The remaining balance of 50% is due upon presentation and sign-off of the final master cut prior to unwatermarked delivery. Travel expenses and location permits are billed transparently at cost.

Film editing commissions include up to two rounds of consolidated revisions (pacing, music sync, trim points) within the original brief. Revisions requiring structural story deviations, new voiceovers, or re-shoots are scoped separately at an hourly studio rate.

Jatin Bhayana retains copyright ownership of all created works as original author. For commercial commissions, the Client receives an exclusive worldwide license for defined channels (digital, broadcast, social, print). Wedding and elopement clients receive full non-commercial personal usage and print release in perpetuity.

In outdoor, mountain, and expedition settings, safety and equipment integrity dictate operational limits. Backup dates or sheltered alternatives will be pre-planned. All project masters are redundantly archived in triple-storage cold archives for 24 months from the delivery date.
